I just use the 20/20/20 rule - look 20 feet away every 20 minutes for 20 seconds. Works like a charm! Oh, and an LED monitor makes a huge difference too. And regular checkups. Currently, I'm just going w/o glasses when I make color selections and then putting the yellow lenses back on. As someone who spends long hours on the computer with no breaks, I have been battling my fair share of eye strain headaches for a while. Last year, I had my eyes checked out and even though I have 20/20 vision, my eyes tire from the glare of excessive computer use. I currently wear a reading prescription with a special lens coating to help reduce glare but the Gunnars seem like they were make for geeks like us! I noticed on their site that they have another lens style, the CRySTALLINE lenses that don't have the yellow tint. Might have to check those out as well.
